Returns Policy

At Pelle Classica, we understand that purchasing handmade shoes online can be difficult, which is why we offer a flexible return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your shoes within 15 days of the purchase date.

To initiate a return, please email us at [email address] with your order number and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the shoes back to us. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

The shoes must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with no signs of wear or damage. We will not accept returns of shoes that have been worn or altered in any way.

Once we receive the returned shoes, we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy guidelines. If they do, we will process a refund for the purchase price of the shoes (excluding the cost of shipping and handling). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed.

If the returned shoes do not meet our return policy guidelines, we will contact you to discuss the issue. In some cases, we may be able to offer a store credit or exchange for a different pair of shoes.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-made shoes or shoes that have been modified to your specific needs.

We also do not accept returns on sale items. All sale items are final sale.

If you received a damaged or defective pair of shoes, please contact us immediately at pelleclassica@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage or defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
